A little girl does not know how to play with dolls. She mistreats her new doll. She takes the doll with her while she plays with the neighbor boy - they seem to have lots of fun playing with the doll by the drawings; but the girl just doesn't seem to know what to do with a doll. Then by the end, she learns to cherish her doll friend.
