Sara was supposed to go on a perfectly ordinary train ride to visit her grandmother when a lady sat on the seat next to her. There was something unusual about this lady - in fact, Sara could see right through here. To her great surprise, she learned this was the Queen of Fairyland on her way to a meeting. Then to her delight, Sara learned that she had been chosen to rule Fairyland in the Queen's absence.
But the trouble with Fairyland, as Sara soon discovered is that when everyone has what they want and does what they want, things get to be in terrible mess. And worse that, nobody seems to care but Sara! She tries to reform the disorderly fairies and the problems just get worse.....
