Easdale is a tiny island with 23 inhabitants in the Western Isles of Scotland. This is an account of the Waites' first year living there and reflects Garth's knowledge of the natural world and Vicky's talent for painting and illustrating.

I really enjoyed this book and its beautiful illustrations.
