A confrontation between a radical environmentalist group and a Danish cruiser forces NUMA Special Assignments Team leader Austin and colleague Joe Zavala to come to the rescue of a ship of trapped men, a situation that is further complicated by the sinister workings of a corrupt multinational corporation.
