ZZ Roasted Potato Wedges

4 potatoes, washed, cut into wedges
olive oil
salt/pepper
other seasonings, as desired
Preheat oven to 400F. On a baking sheet toss the potato wedges with a little bit of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper or other seasonings. Spread out the wedges on the baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Turn wedges every 10 to 15 minutes to keep crispy. Serve plain or with dipping sauces such as ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc.
