Three Grain Bread

3 ½ cup . warm water
3 Tbsp yeast
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp salt
2/3 cup ground flax
2/3 cup regular oats
5 cup whole wheat flour
2-3 cup white flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, oil, salt, flax, oatmeal, and 5 cups of whole wheat flour. Mix very well. Then add bread flour one cup at a time until dough is soft and elastic. Let rise until double, about 45 minutes. Remove from bowl. Knead a few minutes. Divide into three loaves. Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
