Flavored Butters and Spreads

Lemon Butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon zest

Maple Nut Cream Cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3-4 Tbsp maple syrup
1/8 cup chopped walnuts

 Pumpkin Spice Butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp sugar

Orange Cinnamon Honey Butter
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp orange zest
In a bowl, beat the butter with a hand mixer until it is light and fluffy. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
