Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread

1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Gingersnap Cookies
Version Two
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 3.4oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
In a medium bowl or food processor combine powdered sugar and cream cheese. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve with gingersnap cookies or bagels.

Version Two
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, pumpkin, vanilla, instant vanilla pudding, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and heavy cream. Whip until completely smooth and thickened. Scrape the sides and mix again briefly to ensure everything is thoroughly stirred. Pour into a large mixing bowl and serve with any sort of cookie.
