Nut Brownies

4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
Frosting
2 Tbsp butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate until melted. Add oil and sugar; mix well. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Stir in the nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake).

Cool on a wire rack. For frosting, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature. In a bowl, combine the chocolate mixture, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Frost brownies. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
