Christmas Morning Pie

1/2 of 12-oz roll pork sausage
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 9-inch unbaked pie shells
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Cook onion and sausage in a skillet until sausage is fully cooked. Drain sausage and mix in cheese. Place meat in pie shell. Combine peppers in a bowl. Sprinkle peppers over meat. Combine eggs and milk together and pour over pie. Bake 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
