Macadamia White Chip Cookies

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Macadamia nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Line with parchment paper or spray a cookie sheet.
 Mix flour, baking soda and salt in bowl and set aside. In bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, fully incorporating one before adding another.

Add vanilla and mix. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, fully incorporating into batter. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in chips and Macadamia nuts. Drop by large rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake 9-11 minutes until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
