Cottage Cheese Yogurt Parfait with Breakfast Ideas

1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup granola
Toss fruit and maple syrup to coat. Set aside. Mix together the cottage cheese and yogurt. Divide between four mason jars with lids or large plastic cups. Top evenly with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with granola. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to go. Remember that granola will soften as it sits.
