ZZ Caramel Pecan Pull-Apart Rolls

2 small pkgs instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chilled butter
36 frozen rolls
Version Two:
1 small pkg instant coconut pudding
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chilled butter
36 frozen rolls
1 can coconut pecan frosting
Combine pudding mix, brown sugar, and pecans. Cut in butter; set aside. Arrange half the frozen rolls in a lightly greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle half the pudding mixture over top. Repeat layering with remaining rolls and pudding mixture. Cover loosely; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350F for one hour. Invert onto a serving plate.

Version Two: Warm pecan frosting for 30 seconds in microwave and drizzle over rolls.
