Apple Crescent Danish

2 tubes crescent rolls
1 can apple pie filling, chunked
2 Tbsp butter, melted
4 Tbsp sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon

Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 tsp milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Separate dough into eight rectangles. Seal perforations. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Spread melted butter over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up from long side; pinch edges to seal. Holding one end, loosely coil each roll. Spread out the dough to create a cavity for the filling. Cut apple slices in pie filling into smaller chunks. Top each coil with 2-3 Tbsp apple pie filling. Sprinkle tops with more cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Glaze Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Stir until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls Best when served warm.

Notes
May use any type of pie filling: peaches, strawberry, or cherry. Skip the cinnamon sugar for the strawberry or cherry fillings.
