Preheat oven to 350°F. Separate dough into eight rectangles. Seal perforations. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Spread melted butter over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up from long side; pinch edges to seal. Holding one end, loosely coil each roll. Spread out the dough to create a cavity for the filling. Cut apple slices in pie filling into smaller chunks. Top each coil with 2-3 Tbsp apple pie filling. Sprinkle tops with more cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Glaze Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Stir until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls Best when served warm. |

Notes May use any type of pie filling: peaches, strawberry, or cherry. Skip the cinnamon sugar for the strawberry or cherry fillings. | ||||
