Preheat oven to 350F. Line and spray a 9x13 pan with foil. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add eggs and mix until mixture sticks together. Set aside 2 cups. Press remaining dough into prepared pan and bake 11-12 minutes until set and lightly golden around edges. Don’t over bake. While crust is hot, spread Nutella on top. Sprinkle on marshmallows and butterscotch chips. Crumble reserved dough over top and bake 15-18 minutes, until lightly browned and marshmallows are golden. Cool in pan then cut into bars.
Hazelnut Variation Preheat oven to 350F. Put 1 1/2 sleeves graham crackers in a food processor. Blend until crumbs are small. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with butter, melted and stir. Pour graham cracker mixture into a 9x13 dish and press it evenly into crust around dish. Spread crust with Nutella. Layer on chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips and toffee chips. Layer on shredded coconut, then evenly pour sweetened condensed milk across whole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until top becomes slightly golden brown. Cool and cut into bars. |
