How To: Cookie Mix

8 cups flour
4 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp salt
2 2/3 cups shortening
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a very large bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Store in airtight container in freezer up to six months.
