Whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Heat a Belgian waffle iron. Make waffles by ladling a generous 1/3 cup of batter into the waffle iron and cooking until golden brown. Serve with desired topping. Makes 10-12 waffles. |
