ZZ Chicken Biscuit Pockets

1 1/2 cups chicken, shredded
4 slices bacon, crumbled
8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt, black pepper
1 tube refrigerated Grand's Biscuits
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1 egg + 1 Tbsp water
Sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add chicken, bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, and all spices. Stir until cream cheese melts and coats the chicken. 

Remove the 8 biscuits from the tube and flatten with your hands. Stretch to 5 inches around. Spoon chicken mixture into center of each biscuit. Fold dough up to create a half circle and tightly pinch the seams closed. Place cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Whisk together egg and water in a second shallow dish. Dip each of the biscuits into egg and then crackers to coat. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Sauce While the biscuits are cooking, heat soup, cheese, and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth. Spoon the sauce over the biscuits before serving.
