Sesame Ginger Coleslaw

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sesame dressing
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
6 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 cup snow peas, cut diagonally
1 carrot, coarsely chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp minced ginger
2 Tbsp sesame seed, toasted
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended. Combine all remaining ingredients except sesame seed in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Make it a main dish by adding shredded chicken or chopped chicken nuggets and crunchy chow main noodles.

Advanced Preparation
Dressing mixture and vegetables can be prepared ahead of time. Place in resealable plastic bag in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Combine ingredients as directed just before serving.
