Sausage Crescent Breakfast Pizza

Sausage
1 lb pork sausage
8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup frozen shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella
5 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Bacon
1 tube crescent roll dough
3 cups shredded hash browns
1 dozen eggs
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices bacon
salt and pepper
 
Optional Toppings
other meats, green peppers, fresh diced tomatoes
Sausage  Preheat oven to 375. Cook and crumble sausage. Drain and set aside. Separate crescent roll dough into eight triangles and place on a greased 10 inch pie pan with points facing the center. Press bottom to form a crust and press seams together. Spoon sausage over crust and sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese. In a medium bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Bacon  Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon and set aside. Spray a 9x13 inch pan. Place crescent roll dough in bottom of pan, pinching seams together to seal. Spread frozen hash browns over dough. salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until set in center. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven just until melted. Serve warm.
