Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Mix together crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into baking pan and bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
For filling, beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla with a wire whisk. Stir in chocolate and pecans. Pour over baked crust and bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cool completely and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container. |
