White Chocolate Cranberry Orange Bars

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup Craisins, chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Frosting
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp orange zest
1 tsp orange juice
 
Topping
2 Tbsp Craisins, chopped
1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until well combined. Add the flour mixture and stir just until combined. Fold in Craisins and white chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake 25–30 minutes until bars are lightly brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Frosting Combine frosting ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Sprinkle Craisins over frosted bars and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted white chocolate. Chill 30 minutes and cut into bars. Serve cold or at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.
