Chicken Cracker Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 4.25-oz can chicken
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp soy sauce
In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy and combined. Serve with assorted crackers. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
