Heat broiler to high with one rack in center and another placed about 4-5 inches from top of oven. In a medium bowl, toss all coleslaw ingredients. Set aside. For avocado sauce, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Set aside.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place on center rack of oven to heat through. In a small bowl combine cumin, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Place tilapia fillets on baking sheet lined with greased foil and rub both sides with oil. Sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture. Broil on top rack until fish is firm but not overcooked, 5-8 minutes. To serve, use two forks to lightly break apart tilapia into pieces. Divide fish between tortillas and top with slaw and avocado sauce. Serve immediately. |
