Melt sugar, butter, vanilla, cocoa powder, and milk in saucepan on stove. Bring to a boil and simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add coconut and oats. Cool in refrigerator for 60 minutes. Place coconut into shallow bowl. Roll dough into balls, then roll in coconut until covered. Lay on a tray until cool. Store in the refrigerator. |
