Preheat oven to 475 and lightly grease a mini muffin pan. Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well. Shape into small balls and place into muffin tin. Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through. Immediately spoon meatballs onto a layer of paper towels to drain excess grease. Orange Glaze Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often. Cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over meatballs. |
