Baked Beans with Sausage

1 lb bulk spicy pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 31-oz can pork and beans
1 16-oz can kidney beans
1 16-oz can butter beans
1 15-oz can navy beans
1 15-oz can black beans
1 10-oz can diced tomatoes/green chilies
1/2 cup hickory-flavored BBQ sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 tsp Liquid Smoke, optional
In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Drain and rinse all cans of beans, and drain tomatoes with chilies. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine beans, tomatoes, and sausage mixture. In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, steak seasoning and Liquid Smoke if desired. Stir into bean mixture. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until heated through.
