In a small saucepan, combine cranberries and water and simmer 2-3 minutes until cranberries pop and split. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator. Pour cranberry mixture into a 2-quart pitcher. Add apple cider, ginger ale, lemon juice, and cranberry juice. Mix. Serve with crushed ice. |
