1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cranberries, lightly chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 oz white chocolate, melted

1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
3 Tbsp cold butter, cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan and line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Toss cranberries with dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, oil, white chocolate, egg, vanilla and sour cream until smooth. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined. Pour batter and spread evenly in baking pan.

Streusel Whisk together flour, brown sugar, and pecans. Add butter pieces and with a pastry blender, crumble mixture together. Sprinkle streusel evenly over bread batter and bake 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan before carefully turning onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use real white bar chocolate, not almond bark and not chocolate chips. White chocolate chips tend to seize up instead of melting.
