Melt orange candy melts in microwave in 30 second intervals, for 1-2 minutes, stirring between each heating, until fully melted and silky smooth, but not over-heated. Spread over a parchment lined cookie sheet, about half an inch  thick. Chop up fun-size bars: Snickers, Twix, Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, etc. Evenly place them over the top of the chocolate. Add M&M's, sprinkles, candy eyes, candy corn, and other Halloween candies. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes. Break into pieces and pkg or eat.
