Chicken Salad Sandwich

Sauce
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp heavy cream

Seasoning
garlic powder
seasoning salt
pepper
Ranch mix powder
Filling
2 cans chicken, drained (or rotisserie or baked chicken breasts, cubed)
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1 cup dill pickles, chopped, or relish 
3 apples, peeled, chopped 
1 cup peas
3 green onions, chopped 

Mix sauce ingredients together and season to taste with spices. Toss chopped veggies and chicken with sauce. Serve on croissants or pita bread.
Notes
Options: use red grapes cut into quarters in place of apples. Use relish in place of chopped pickles. May also add chopped cashews or slivered almonds for more crunch.
