Cream butter, sugar, and cocoa together. Add beaten eggs and vanilla until smooth. Beat in flour. If adding nuts, fold in last. Bake in a greased 9”x13” pan at 350F for 30-35 minutes. The edges should start to look a bit crispy and the center more gooey. Don’t over-bake. They should be moist and chewy. Combine frosting ingredients until smooth. Allow brownies to cool for about 10 minutes before frosting. |
