Recipe Added:  11/15/2020
Crust
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt

Topping
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
5/8 cup {5 oz.} sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
Preheat oven to 350*F.  Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for lifting out, then spray paper.  Cream together butter and brown sugar until light and creamy.  Stir in flour and salt until crumbly.  Reserve 1/4 cup and press remaining crust into prepared pan. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

While crust is baking, pour condensed milk into a small saucepan. Add milk chocolate chips and stir over low heat until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.  Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top, then sprinkle raspberries and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Bake 20-30 minutes until cooked through and crumbs set.  Cool completely before cutting into bars. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
