Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Add water, rice, seasonings, tomato sauce, tomato paste and beans. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer uncovered 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mixture will thicken as it cooks.
Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping and other taco garnishes. |
