In a large skillet over medium heat, cook oil and onion, stirring often until onion is softened, 4-5 minutes. Add ground beef until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Drain grease from meat.
Return skillet to heat and stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Cook 30 seconds, add tomato sauces. Turn heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in taco shells with choice of toppings. |
