Pumpkin Streusel Cake

2 16-oz. pkg spice cake mix
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup water
1 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
4 eggs
Streusel Topping
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter, softened
Preheat oven to 325° F. Combine cake mixes, spice and baking soda in a large bowl. Add water, pumpkin and eggs; beat well. Spread half of batter in a greased 13" x 9" pan; sprinkle with half of streusel topping. Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel layer; sprinkle remaining streusel topping over batter. Bake 50 minutes until done.

Streusel Topping Combine brown sugar, nuts and flour. Cut in butter until crumbly.
