ZZ Chocolate Chip Pudding Bars

1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
3 cups whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar
8-oz cream cheese
1 3-oz pkg chocolate instant pudding
1 3-oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 cup whipped topping
 Crust
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350° F For crust, mix all ingredients well. Spread crust in a 9x13 pan Bake 20 minutes Cool Pour chocolate chips on cooled crust Mix together 3 cups whipped topping, sugar, and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust Mix puddings with milk. Let set for a few minutes to thicken. Pour over cream cheese layer and top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips.
