Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes. Mix in meat. Form into 1 1/2" balls; brown them in butter in a large skillet. Remove meatballs with a slotted spoon and place them in a 10" baking dish.
For sauce, blend flour and broth in skillet. Cook until bubbly. Stir in broth and sour cream. Boil 1 minute. Pour over meatballs. Bake in a 325° F oven for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. |
