Pumpkin Maple Hazelnut Bread

2 cups flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add maple syrup, pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until just blended. Do not overmix. Gently fold in the hazelnuts.

Spread into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan five minutes, then turn out the bread onto a wire rack and let cool completely. Serve with Nutella!!
