Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Working in batches, pulse in a food processor until chocolate is finely ground. Store dry mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
To Use Put 1/3 cup mix in a mug and stir in 1 cup hot milk. Top with whipped cream or miniature marshmallows, if desired. BEB Version Process all ingredients in a food processor until ground to a powder, 30 to 60 seconds. Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 2 months. To Use Heat 1 cup milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it starts to steam and bubbles appear around edge of saucepan. Add ¼ cup hot chocolate mix and continue to heat, whisking constantly, until simmering, 2-3 minutes longer. Pour into a mug and serve. |
