Seven Bean Can Soup

1 15-oz can meat-only chili
1 15-oz can kidney beans
1 15-oz can pinto beans
1 15-oz can black beans
1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
1 15-oz can corn 
1 10-oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Without draining, empty all the cans into a large pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors. Add salt and pepper as needed.

Dice the cheese and stir into the soup until melted. Serve immediately.
