Caramel Toffee Fruit Dip

1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
½ cup English toffee bits
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
6-7 apples, cored, sliced (in lemon juice to prevent browning)
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla with an electric mixer. When ready to serve, stir in about 1/2 a bag of toffee bits with more sprinkled on top. Serve with cinnamon chips and/or fresh fruit.
