Place the 3/4 cup water and 3/4 cup sugar in a cup or bowl and stir/whisk until sugar is dissolved. Set aside. Place raspberries, powdered sugar, and 2 Tbsp water in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more powdered sugar if needed. Press the mixture through a strainer to remove seeds. Set aside. Juice the lemons.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, and 3/4 cup of the sugar water mixture. Place the ice cubes in a blender, pour the juice mixture over, and process until perfectly slushy. Add more juice if needed. Divide the raspberry puree into the bottoms of glassed. Pour the slushy mix on top. Serve immediately. |
