ZZ Pumpkin Spice Kiss Cookies

1-2 pkgs Hersheys Pumpkin Spice Kisses
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp ea baking powder, baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger, nutmeg, allspice
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line or spray baking sheet. Unwrap Hershey’s Kisses. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice. Set aside. In bowl of a stand mixer, mix butter and sugars on medium high speed for 4 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add egg and mix to combine. Add vanilla and pumpkin. Mix on medium speed 2-3 minutes. Fold the dry ingredients and mix on low speed. With smallest cookie scoop, place the cookie dough onto baking sheets and bake 12 minutes. When cookies come out of the oven, press a Pumpkin Spice Kiss in the middle of each cookie. Carefully remove cookies from the baking sheet with a spatula and place on a cooling rack.
