ZZ Blueberry Streusel Cake COMPARE TO BUCKLE

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Streusel Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp cold butter
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Add egg, milk, butter and lemon peel; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Spread in a greased 9-in. square baking pan. For Streusel Topping, combine sugar, flour, walnuts and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until cake tests done.
