Source  Sweet Basil
Recipe Added:  2/4/2012
3 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk (110F)
1/3 cup warm water
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3 Tbsp honey
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
Seasoning
1/4 Tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tsp minced garlic
Mix 3 1/2 cups flour and salt in mixer with dough hook. Mix milk, water, butter, honey and yeast in a 4-cup liquid measuring cup. Turn machine to low and slowly add liquid. When dough has come together increase speed to medium and mix until dough is smooth and satiny, about 10 minutes. (After 5 min if the dough is still sticking to the sides add the remaining flour 1 tb at a time.)

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 15 sec. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic. Let rise until doubled. Roll dough into balls and roll in garlic and butter mixture, then seasoning, then place in greased pan. Let rise an hour or until doubled and bake 350 about 30-40 min.

Seasoning Put butter and garlic in a bowl, seasoning and cheese in another.
