Banana Bars with Frosting

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
Frosting
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp milk
2 cup powered sugar
Grease and flour a jelly roll pan (15x10). Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in large bowl at low speed. Beat in banana and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients on medium speed. Stir in nuts. Spread in prepared pan. Bake until light brown, about 20-25 minutes. Cool and frost. For Frosting, m all ingredients until fluffy. Spread on cooled banana bars.
