Life Summary
Inger Marie Olsdatter Borge was born 30 March 1800 in Onsoy, Ostfold, Norway to Ole henriksen and Ane Dorthea Hansdatter. She was christened on 8 April. Inger was the third child in a family of 13 children. At the age of 22 she married Anders Arvesen on 23 September 1822 in Onsoy Ostfold, Norway. Mons and Inger had a daughter on 1 September 1826 in Onsoy, Ostfold, Norway.

They named her Anna Marie and she was christened on 17 September 1826. A short three years later Anders died on 6 November 1829 in Dahle, Onsoy, Ostfold, Norway at the age of 45. The following year Inger married Mons Arnesen on 7 December 1830 in Odegaarden, Onsoy, Ostfold, Norway.

Mons Arnesen Aale was born 17 March 1803 in Odegaarden, Krabberod, Onsoy, Ostfold, Norway to Arne Monsen and his wife Karen. Mons was the second of six children. He was christened on 27 March. Mons and Inger had three sons. The first, named Ole Arnt born 7 August 1831and christened 4 September 1831. The second they named Anders. He was born 22 January 1836 and christened 21 February 1836. The third, Jens, was born 8 June 1839 and christened 30 June 1839.

When Inger was nearly 44 years of age she died on 21 February 1844 at Borge, Onsoy, Ostfold, Norway. Mons raised his family alone for over six years and then married Anne Helene Hansen on 27 September 1850. She was nearly 27 years old and 20 years his junior.

Mons and Helen had four children. A son , Hans Jorgen, was born 6 February 1850 and christened 29 September. Anne Helene, a daughter, was born 7 July 1853 and was christened 30 October. Boletta Maria, a second daughter, was born 4 October 1856 amd christened 1 February 1857. Finally, Karl Arndt, born in 1860 and christened 7 July 1861. Mons died 27 April 1882 and Helen's death date is unknown.
